Prepare and cook complete breakfast and evening meals for our small groups of room guests.
Maintain inventory & record of food, supplies and equipment. Estimate food requirements and order as needed
Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness
Maintain food safety standards
Stock cooler and shelves with products for sale
Requirements/Qualifications
Candidates must be flexible and fully committed to customer service and have the ability to communicate with people of all ages from a wide range of back grounds and nationalities.
Must be legally able to work in Canada
No formal education needed
Must have written and spoken English
Food safe qualification
Be willing and able to multi task. Be energetic, enthusiastic and self - motivated
Be able to adapt to work as part of a team or independently.
Be comfortable in spending time alone in remote areas. Driver’s license an asset.
Additional Information
Wages are negotiable dependent on experience. Living accommodation included. End of season bonus available
Start and end dates are flexible. Ideally starting late May, terminating mid September.
